90 740 gle 16 valve/indicator lights/service 700

Hi guys:
Few days ago I got this 90 740 GLE 16 Valve 152k for 1500 bucks which is in pretty decent condition. The seller passed me the service records up to
135k in 2003 and I verified he did a good job maintaining the car. However, I noticed after 3 days of driving the car that some indicator lights on the dash board come on: Service (the guy told me we didnt do the 150K service),but once and while the SRS light comes on and also the ABS light.Once the burn light indicator came also on,with no light at fault. I suspect that there is an electrical problem under/behind the dashboard as the radio has no power and the seat belt warning goes on as soon as I open the door.
Question 1
Should I worry about these indicators short term? I have no time to check in the next 2/3 weeks...Right now I need to pass the state inspection, change the oil and reset the service light.
Question 2
How do I reset the Service light in this car?
Question 3
The timing belt was changed at 100K.Do I need to change it now (152K) or can I hold on for another 5/6K?The 100K change was not done by a dealer, but at Volvo
specialist shop.
Tks for your always great advice.
