Floorpan Swap 200 1985

I'm looking to swap the floorpan and rocker panels on my wagon because they are almost entirely rusted. Has anyone done this sucessfully? Are there any known companies who fabricate floor pans for not a small fortune? (I already asked FCP Groton if they could get it.)

Also, my day would be made if somebody gave me an idiot's guide to removing rocker panels!
