200 seies repair shops in Montreal 200

Hi fellow board members-
I bought a great 77 b21F 242 last year and after some months of driving this solid car I decided to give it to my sons in Montreal, Canada. They love the car, but now it has developed a rather serious oil leak -probably the front cam or layshaft seals I presume( They tell me its coming out of the front of the motor by the ACpump ), as I haven't yet got up there to determine the exact source of the problem. I ordered a timing belt kit from ipd with the seals and a pcv kit as well, but my question is do any of you recommend a good shop in Montreal apart from the volvo dealer? My experience with the b21 is zero and I would like a reputable shop without the dealer prices of labour.
Also, any ideas of hours involved in changing front seals and belt- the car has AC.
Thanks for your input, Ken Silver, 122 D-jet wagon, 1800es finally offa the "stilts".
