Questions about Getting Paint 700

I have a gas cover that i need to paint. The gas cover had to be replaced, so I went to a junk yard -- oops i mean auto recycler, and got a burgundy colored gas cover. (what a pain that was to put on...but that's another story). I'm not sure of the color of my car. it's a '87, 740 gle, it looks like a metalic blue. Where can i find the exact color? i looked on the inside of the driver's door, but I didn't see it. -- unless it's called "CATALYST." I'm not sure.

Also, where's the cheapest place to go for the paint? will a regular body shop or auto store carry it? I stopped at the volvo parts store, and they said it would be about $32. Is there a less expensive route? I live in Northern Virgina. Big thanks to all who reply. You guys have always inspired me.
