Brake Lights? Bulb failure relay 1984 244 200

Good day fellow brickheads. I was following the wife into the city today when I noticed the new car (1984 244 with 180000 km OLD car 1985 245 with 480000 km)had no brake lights. Not the fuse and no bulbs are out....so I figure it must be either the switch or the bulb failure relay. Found the switch but where in the heck is the relay?

Any info would be good.
