Stumble Off Idle When Cold 200 1991

I've searched and can't find my exact symptoms listed. Here's what I have:

1991 240 Wagon with 144K miles. LH 2.4 FI since it is a California car. When it is cold it has a slight stumble right off of idle. It reminds me of driving a carbureted car with a bad accelerator pump. Other than the bog off idle, it idles and drives fine when both cold and hot. There aren't any fault codes stored in the ECU or ignition module.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Isaac Hastings
