Dash panel Lights 700 1985

Weirdest thing happened this morning. I re-attached my EGR vacum hose after discovering a pebble logged in the rubber elbow connector. After driving for less than a mile all of my dash warning lights came, like the engine had died but it hadn't. I stopped the car turned it off and on and the lights remained on. I turned the car off and disconnected the EGR vacum hose and restarted. Lights still on.

I drove the car anyway keepin an eye and ear for any signs of trouble. Everything was fine car drives like always. Let the car sit for 5 hours and went out and started the car hoping that the problem would maricously go away. No luck.

The lights that are coming on are the EGR, Brake, Burnt Bulb, Oil, there are a couple of other lights that I can't remember, and the tachometer doesn't work.

I've checked the related fuses and all seems well. So, I am at a loss as to what is causing this problem and pleading for the groups help!

Thanks

Jerry
