Is the crank pulley holder from IPD USA a real value to have and use? 700

Hello!

Would are my advantages for using the crank pulley holder that IPD sells for 39.99? Would it truly make the job a lot easier and or faster when i must replace my timing belts for my volvos? Could i just position it and simply slide off the old belt and slide on the new belt at the appropiate marking, and then crank up the engine. Or does it become much more complicated than this? Thanks In Advance!
