760 turbo question 700

Hi All,
I've got an '84 760 Turbo with 158K on it. Recently, it started using more fuel than usual. It used 3/4 of a tank for a 150 mile trip. It usually takes less than a half of a tank for this trip. I have to add one quart of oil every 3 or 400 miles (it doesn't leak much at all since I replaced the oil separator). The turbo seems to whine at a slightly higher pitch than it used to. The car seems to run fine and has power. I noticed when I was checking the oil that there's moisture building up on the top of the dipstick ( it's starting to corrode it). Plus, I think that the coolant looks a bit oily, but I'm not sure. There's no smoke at all from the exhaust though.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave
