running on 3 - no2. cylinder not working 200

Hi All,
Haven't used the car ( '81 B23E ) for 2 days, was running fine. Started up, running like a hairy goat. 3 cylinders only. Pulled the plug caps one by one, it's number 2 not working, but a very healthy spark. Pulled the plug, nice tan colour ( mix of unleaded and lead free fuel - this is Australia )not wet or oily.
Sprayed around that no.2 injector to check for leaking seal, made no difference.
What next, anything simple I can do to check. Does appear to be
Had the car a week ad was running fine, strong and on all four cylinders.
It's a bummer to have a car a few days and come down with a malady.
