AC Compressor Belt Removal Question 200 1987

Hello;

I need to change both alternator belts, which means I need to loosen and pivot the ac compressor to move the ac belt clear. I'm looking at the bottom of the AC compressor and the point which should be the pivot and I see two possibilities: there are two 13mm bolts which pass through bushings. Above that, their are two 17mm or 18mm bolts, identical to the others that appear to hold the ac compressor together. The 17mm bolts immediately above the 13mm bolts look like they pass through a triangular steel bracket. Which pair of bolts do I needd to loosen?? Any help appreciated. Thank you.
