B23 engine parts needed for an '83 240

I am converting a diesel wagon to a gas engine setup and am in need of the following parts for a 1983 B23 engine: timing belt cover, the air intake and duct to the airbox, the duct from the airbox to the airmass meter, the duct from the airmass meter to the throttle body, an ignition wiring harness (updated version) sparkplug wires including the coil wire.
