Which 15w-40 mineral based is less likely to harm the cat-converter, and more better on gas savings???

Does anyone know of a good 15w-40 mineral based oil that contains the least additives that destroy and or harm cata-converters? I would like to run some in my 740's for the entire summer (99% highway mileage sustain high speeds). Would a good 10w-30 be able to suit the task? What gas saving percentages would I lose vs using 10w-30? Although delo 400 is very good, i have heard that it can clog up the cat?

Thanks in Advance!
