Puddle stalled my car again!!! 900

Well,

It's spring time and showers are back...I live in charleston and the streets over here are always flooded..So I drove through a fairly size puddle and the car stalled once again. I noitced that the last time this happened I was also turning right. I can't figure this out. The car started after about 2 minutes...Had to warm it up for another two minutes iuntil finally the idle held and got the car going. Help....I even wrapped the ditributor cap with plastic and I'm thiking that something is getting wet with the electrical system under the car...maybe the ignition coil??
