oil change- is there a product to flush old oil out? 200

I'll be changing my oil on my 1982 244 GLT turbo, I know its been too long since the last change (its new to me) and I want to make sure I get all the dirty oil out, and get everything cleaned up. Is there some sort of product I can dump through to clean everything out- after I've drained the old oil and before I've put in the new? also- how many quarts of valvoline should I buy?
