1991 740 non-turbo won't start 700

here's the scoop. car has had new rotor, cap, plugs, wires, and new fuel filter all in the last month. car was running like a dream until the other night. after driving for abt 2 hours, i noticed the car chugged as if it was running out of gas (wierd because i had put half a tank in it a day before).

luckily i was near my house, so i parked it. next day comes, and i start it up, let it get warm, and noticed it was chugging again slowly..then just shut it off.

i then restarted it, it started...and i took it for a ride around the block when it slowly started to chugg again...and then shut off once more. this time, the car wouldnt start...and hasnt started since.

in-tank fuel pump was replaced a few years back. could it be fuel pump relay? AMM? any help is appreciated.

-K
