?New OXS, CK ENG Light AGAIN? 200 1993

About a month ago, my 1993 240 I had a CK ENG light and the OBD code showing a faulty OXS signal. I replaced the OXS with a Bosch direct fit part, cleared the code and went down the road. The light and code have returned. Is there something else to consider?

Although the new OXS might be faulty, I have a sinking feeling it is not. I recently spoke with the owner of a 1989 240 who told me his ongoing saga (which included two computer replacements by a dealer's shop) of trying to extinguish the CK ENG light.

Any insights or experiences will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rich
