I am almost done but I need your help

I decided to replace the clutch and rear main seal on my 93 240. I have two bolts retaining the tranny but I cant figure how to get the shifter off of the tranny. I have removed the bottom allen screw. Do I use a punch through the same hole in push it up or do I push the pin out side ways. One other question do you know what size the allen bolts are on the clutch and what size bolts hold the flywheel on. Thanks in advance I am burrowing tools from friends.
