Tail Light Problems on Wagon 200 1990

Having the following symptoms with tail lights:

1. Regular tail lights and brake lights use same bulbs, but different filaments. The tail lights work, but noticed that they are highly sensitive to bulb position. For example, turn on the car, they are not working. If I then giggle the black plastic bulb holder, or rotate it slightly, the light goes on. Not totally reliable. The brake lights do not work at all, regardless of position of the bulb holder, totally dead.

2. Back up lights do not work. They came on briefly when car moved back once, and then one came on for a few seconds when I rotated the bulb holder slightly. But then off, and they are now staying off, totally dead.

3. The top red lights, those bright "emergency weather" lights, work, but one bulb is also sensitive to positioning.

4. Turn signals work fine.
