Fog Lights 700 1989

I have a front fog light switch (with that a light that appears to work as designed), I also have working rear fog lights (that are really handy). I don't have front fog lights. If I have I switch, shouldn't I have the lights too? Do I have wiring? Can I buy some brackets and lights and plug them in.

BTW-I drive on dark country very often in rain, snow, and fog. I'm not interested in rice-boy-racer-blue-lights, and I'm not interested in big-bright-aimed-at-the-next-car-truck-lights either (I would love to mount a rear facing spot light to shine at some of the trucks I see on these roads). No, I need functioning lights for driving in weather. Any tips? Can I get them cheap?
