Can power steering be fitted to 120 series ? Possible - practical ? 120-130

Have a hankering in the future to own a 120 series, but need power steering due to a medical condition. Would look to securing the necessary bits before purchasing a vehicle, just in case !!
Will still keep 244 ( just in case ! )
