B18 overdrive questions 120-130

This is a 65 122 wagon with overdrive that I assume is stock. The first question, which is killing me, is that I can't find any sort of oil filler. Where is the oil filler? Also, what sort of oil should it have? Messing with the speedo bushing, some oil came out that seemed to be heavy gear oil. Shouldn't it have #30 in it instead? The solenoid is working fine, but if it's full of #80 would that explain why it doesn't work? Would the heavier oil clog up the filters?
