One word: tiltload. Might as well grab the front suspension while you're at it, as long as they've got something to wrap a cable around they can winch it onto a tiltload flat deck. Don't forget things like ECU, fuel pump relay, stalk switches (signal, wiper), wiper motor, taillights, signal & headlights, power window switches, side mirrors and door handles, etc. As nice as it is to have a drivetrain laying in the garage for a rainy day, it's those little bits that you'll be searching scrapyards for later...
