Is used 940 a good buy? 900

Own 2 1995 940s, a sedan and a wagon. Bought both with about 93k miles, now wagon is 130k, sedan 145k, both run strong. change oil & filter every 3k to 4k miles. Get 23 mpg wagon, sedan gets 24mpg, but on the freeway, at 65mph, they get about 27mpg. installed quality brake pads, rotors and hardware all around on both, new plugs and wires on both, new radiator on sedan, power flushed brake lines, new rear shocks on both, total of about $500 plus my labor. I have another $500 in new parts in the garage waiting to install..(an exhaust, struts, strut mounts, motor mounts, heater control valve)..those preventative measures should keep them both running safely, comfortably and very reliably for about another 3 years.

Like another post said, sure beats $36,000 for new car payments...and insurance is less expensive also.

just my $.02
