Accelerating 'freeze' 200

Hello guys,

I have a question,

sometimes when i am at a stop light and waiting for the red light to accelerate quick. i put mu foot down and sometimed the car "stalls" momentarily but picks it up again. this does not happen everytime but once in a while but i would like to get to the bottom of it.

Has anybody seen this? any suggestions?
