Marine B20 head on ebay - Late F equivalent?? 140-160 1974

I saw a head on ebay at a fairly high price for marine use.
Looks very clean. The top edge of the head between the manifold surface
and the top is complete, no curved depressions. Does that mean it is the
8-bolt engine style ports that are supposed to be the best for performance?
Would this head also have the big valves like FI heads? No injector ports
on this one but bosses where they would be. You can see several views of it at:
