NO FUEL 140-160

thanks for all the advice guys. I cleaned all the fuel lines and tank and injectors before i even tried to start it. I also replaced all fuel lines because car sat for a while. I have pulled the distibutor and cleaned the contacts for the fuel injection also. But still have no fuel out of the injectors. I know I have fuel in the fuel rail. I only have 7 volts giong to the distibutor for the injection. Should it not be 12v? Am I missing a relay?
I dont have any books or wiring diagrams and this is my first D-Jet. Are there any grounds that i am missing?

Thanks Eric
