Stalling and OBD question 900 1995

Good morning. The car is a 1995 945FT. Last night, after an abrupt stop at an intersection, our car stalled. It started right up again and we drove home. But, when we got there, I tried to start it right up again just to check, and it had a hard time getting started again. Took several protracted cranks. So, I went out this morning and checked a couple of things. It started right up, but I found following:

1. Charging system looks OK for voltages at alternator and battery, although I did get a 0.7V drops across both the block and alternator housing and the negative battery terminal. Anything to worry about? Check battery ground?

2. On the OBD, I got 1-1-1 at both sockets 2 and 6. But, it wouldn't go through the erase memory sequence in position 2 and the TPS and speed sensor checks in position 6 as described in FAQs. No response for those. Does this mean that something is wrong with the OBD or all OK? Seemed a bit odd to me so thought I should ask.

Thanks for any feedback.
