replacing heater blower motor 900

Need to replace the heater blower motor on a 92 940. Three things appear to be in the way of accessing the motor: the kick plate, a dash panel, and the glove box. Which if any have to be removed? Got the kick panel off, but the glove box appears to be held in place by rivits vice screws, and can't figure out how to remove the dash panel (the panel above the kick plate but below the glove box door)- don't see nay screws. Any other hints, steps to replacing the motor. thanks for your advice.
