Strange Sucking sound (Air) 200 1989

About 1 week ago, I noticed a strange sucking sound when accelerating
in 1st gear or moving into 2nd and accelerating. The sound seems to come
from the passenger side. Once in normal speed the sound is gone.
There is no sucking sound when the engine is raced without load.
Otherwise, I don't notice any other symptoms or performance issues.
Is this the beginning of a potential problem?
