Speedometer problem - not sure which FAQ article applies 700 1991

I don't think the cluster is much different from the 88's I've played with. The "tamper proof" locking bar usually breaks when you remove it. After that, it's just an edge connector you pull off, with 4 wires for the speedo power, signal and ground. Note that on mine anyway, the whole cluster seems to lose ground when that plug is removed. Weird way to wire things IMHO.
