I believe it indicates a problem with the 1,2,4 injectors. See FAQ on this. Check the grounds and the power stages located on either side of the intake manifold. The relay (there will be two identical relays located on the shock tower drivers side) providing power to the injectors can cause this code if there is a poor conncetion with the connector and the relay. Check the red wire and make sure it is seated properly in the connector.
