Clutch replacement. 700 1986

It's been a while but I don't recall needing anything special that the average diy'er shouldn't have. A loooong socket extension is handy for getting around the tranny case. If you plan on changing the pilot bearing at the end of the crankshaft then an "inside" bearing puller and slide hammer are helpfull. Check the rubber "flex disk" on the rear of the tranny. You may also want to replace that if it's cracked alot. They're a little hard to install but if you have a big hose clamp to tighten around it to compress it a little it helps.
