B20's are notorious for creating reversion, probably due to the intake ports flowing very good in the wrong direction coupled with the rod ratio. Things you can try are loosening the intake tappets & advancing the cam. Big duration coupled to wide lobe centres is also not the best way to go.

You seriously need to reconsider your choke selection, having them bigger than the ports in the head is likely part of your problem. 38mm in 48mm DCOE's still flow far more air than anything you can do with a 45mm DCOE's.

Does the dwell die off when you rev your current ignition?
