Power Steering/AC 200

Bricky's, anyone have any issues removing the AC unit below the power steering unit...installing belt pulley conversion kit...and having the bracket with the P.S.U. shake profusely? It seems that once I have the PS belt to the correct tension, the bracket the PSU is mounted on seems to have no rigidity once the AC unit was removed. Machine shop? Fabricate support bracket? Anyone know?
