Blower motor/ wiper motor R&R 200

We need to replace the (front) wiper motor as well as the blower motor. We know it's a bigger job. Any advice is appreciated. And maybe a link to some good instructions.

I am not good at putting stuff back together, my husband is a little more savvy but we both could use help with this.

The replacement motors are coming out of a 1990 240, I have a 1987. I know the ww motor will work - blower motor as well?
