I achevied my full boost potential 700

I have spent many weekends on this thing. It has been a long 4 months (not my only car)

(1) o2 sensor was so covered up with carbon, atleast 1/8 inch thick, i cleaned it and reinstalled.
(2) pressurized entire turbo piping with my air compressor, found master
cylinder gromet leaking
flame trap hosing, "all of them"
MY boost gauge tubing
(3) replacing all of the electrical components from my donor 760 to no
avail, even frying an ecu!!!
(4) This whole time it was all just air "boost" leaks, but a bunch of them..

I still thin my os sensor is fried, just saving up to get a new one.
