If you like the car, let them know it's fine to use used OEM parts. Such is quite fine - you still have your car, and they're saving money.

About the only part that needs some working is the metal for the headlight mounts and hood latch - it's welded together. Drilling out the spot welds is easy, though, and it's easy to pull back out or replace.
