140 alignement 140-160

I went a little more extreme than what the Vclassics article says, but I used it as a starting point when I didn't know much about suspensions.

I don't remember what my caster is at, but I wish I had specified as much as I can safely get and be even on both sides... Something along the lines of 3 degrees or so.

Camber -1 degree in front, tire wear with IPD bars, stock springs, and KYB whites has been fine with my driving style, so if you're agressive, I recommend going -1 degree, it's a good number for the street. And I think I have the toe set at -1/16"...

It's been working lovely for me for the past two years on the street. When I get some shocks that can handle them, we'll see what I think of everything with my 600lb front and 225lb rear springs... I will probably be cutting them though to lower the car some more, so they'll be even stiffer.
