Oil in coolant 900 1995

My 1995 940 has 230000 miles. The water pump went out recently and the engine ran hot. I had the pump replaced and now there is oil in the coolant.
I have checked the oil and there is no water in the oil....yet!!
The car has been driven about 500 miles since the water pump change without any problem. But we parked it when we noticed the oil in the water.
Do I have a head or head gasket problem?
