Replacing header pipe and cat any advice, Looking for any removal experience! 200

I will be replacing the header pipe and cat this weekend on my 90 240 wagon 195000.
I've been lubing up the bolts on the manifold with Kroil and PBblaster this last week.
I'm looking for any advice on removing these buggers, without making this a nightmare.
I do have access to an acetelyne torch, which I haven't used before.
What's the best method for heating these bolts and breaking the rust bond, or
other removal methods?

Thanks for any advice
