Auto Battery and Electric on SE Hawthorne (around 11th or 12th, on the North side of the street) has ground straps (and battery straps) that are as close to original as you're likely to find. Other shops have them also, but this place has a wide assortment.

[they don't always properly troubleshoot charging components, though]
