'Anti theft' stock '91 240 radio and radio wiring question

I purchased a '91 240 wagon last week. The stock radio had been replaced. Upon receipt of the car, the stock radio was on the passenger seat, with a hole where the radio should be. I had replaced a stock radio (tape player non-functional) with another stock radio on my daughter's '89 240 wagon, no problem. I thought just popping this one in was no problem.

But.... The faceplate says "anti theft" and the casing has "anti theft" stamped on this '91 stock radio. Like.. who would want to steal this poor excuse for a radio anyway...

Question #1: should I forget reinstalling this stock radio because there is some sort of code I'll never know about? This anti theft issue gives me pause.

Question #2: The stock plug that goes into the back of the stock radio looks like there are some wires missing.. Does anyone know the wiring for the plug?

Thanks very much..
Larry
