Best repalcement engine for a 1987 760 Turbo 700

I recently blew the engine in my 1987 760 Turbo. Could someone please recommend a good replacement vovlo engine. I am not mechanically incline and will be relying on a mechacnic. Are all Volvo engines from 86-95 a direct drop in fit (no modification necessary). Are there any good but inexpensive volvo mechanics is the Louisville, KY area.
