lower my 164 140-160

The wheel arches in front are high - there's not much you can do about that basic fact. I fear that even with lower springs, you'd still have a lot of air over the tires. Still, you should be able to find a ride height that will look 'better' to you. Might need custom springs to do it.

The rear springs on a 164 are equivalent to the rear springs on a 145, for increased roll control.
