passenger vents blow hot air all the time 200

Hello:

1993 245
Hot air only comes out of the passenger side dash vent in the center of the dash and the far passenger side.

The A?C does cool it down, but you can tell hot air is mixing.

Question: Am I looking for electric or vacuum controls. Is the hot/cold slider not hooked up properly.

I would rather approach this from the glove compartment instead of pulling the center console.

has anyone had a similar problem?
