cold engine idle

my 83 240 idles rough when cold. it will rev and then die if you dont give it gas. once it warms up to operating temp. its fine. also when its cold it hesitates while driving. ive cleaned the throttle body and checked for vac. leaks. it sounds like theres a leak in between the 3rd and 4th injectors but i cant find anything.
