performance questions 700

several questions: how much boost can a b23ft handle? what modifications have to be made to fit the 16 valve head to the b23ft? how much torque can the rear axle handle? what seats from different volvo models will fit on a 700? what exactly do I have to replace if I want to switch out the early front end to the later one? what are the skidpad results on a stock 1984 760ti? what are the biggest tires/wheels that will fit on a 700? which would be better: nivomats or 2" drop springs/shocks? are there any giant aftermarket brakes that would fit my '84 760Ti?
