760 Turbo cam change 700 1989

Hello all,
I am possibly installing a VX cam in my 760 T, 190,000, and am looking for a source. IPD has it for 189.00 + s&h. Is this a good price/ I will be doing a head gasket and R&R on the head so..... thought I might pick up a little more pep out of the brick.Anyone installed one of these cams in your car? How about emmisions test?Also is it standard procedure to replace the head bolts? Thought about ARP bolt to make sure for the long haul and am planning a boost controller.
