Stall my fault: Bad idle the volvo! What happend?

Hey guys,
I was pulling into my apartment complex in my 90 740ti-m. At the gate the jerkin front of me started backing up and i like an idiot stalled out my car(first time). I fired it right back up but it idle at 100-150 rpm (100 not 1000). I though i completly fried something and turned the car off not to damage anything else. I then fired it up again, and everything worked as normal. Do ya'll know what happend, i can't for the life of me figure it out!
